Make Rent Payments
Rent can be paid through direct deposit, check or money order.
To pay by direct deposit, contact us for the account information.
Send checks and money orders for the full rent payment to arrive by the first of the month to:

If additional time is needed to pay the rent, contact us to discuss.
Otherwise, if your rent payment is received 5 days after the first of the month,
a late fee of $100 or more may be assessed.
Request Repairs or Maintenance
For emergency repairs, call (925) 570-8401 immediately. Emergency repairs are those that are threatening to life, health, or property. They include a broken pipe, flood, fire (call 911 first), gas odor (call the gas company first), or sewage backup.
For non-emergency repairs or maintenance items, fill out the online request form or text (925) 570-8401 (no calls please) during business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Please note that clogged plumbing is generally your responsibility. Have a plunger on hand and avoid putting items that do not belong in the toilet or garbage disposal.
Move Out
When it is time for you to move out of a home managed by Brick Road Real Estate, this is what is expected of you:
- Give a 30 day notice in writing.
- Know that the security deposit is not the same as the last months’ rent. You must pay the last month’s rent following the standard process.
- Clean the home and repair those items that are more than normal wear and tear. You may ask for a pre-inspection with us to identify items that need to be replaced or repaired; you then have the option to take care of the items or have Brick Road complete them.
- Do a move-out inspection with a member of Brick Road Real Estate.
Repairs of damages caused by abuse or misuse that have not been fixed will be charged to you. The balance of your security deposit will be returned to you as soon as possible after any issues beyond normal wear and tear have been addressed.
